You might want an island holiday with just a tent, some water and food to last you for the period you want to stay.or you might want to bring or hire a little boat with oars or an engine, a surfboard or scuba gear - the choice is yours!Barely rising above the Great Barrier Reef, Lady Musgrave Island is a coral cay.
Even if you've never caught a fish in your life, you're bound to catch a fish or two on one of our fishing trips! Not only does this part of the world enjoy beautiful warm weather most of the year, but the tropical waters are brimming with exotic sea life; and so recreational fishing is a major pastime in the area.
As many surfers have discovered it is not the size of the wave that is solely responsible for a great surfing experience but a combination of factors. Agnes Water has got the X factor that many surfers have commented on. What is it then that attracts people from all over the world?

Let us introduce you to Queensland's most recognised northerly surf beach offering waves generated in the Coral Sea form the northern tip of Frazer Island and ousted in as it is forced off the very southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef's Lady Elliot Island. It's also the first surf beach when traveling south.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
So blown away with this experience. It was a Christmas gift for my husband and I. We throughly enjoyed the whole day. Morning tea and lunch on board was great, afternoon was a bit of a let down, 2 slices of a muffin… but I didn’t go for the food! We’ll be back with kids in tow.

We stayed at the HQ for one night. The staff were amazing. They did everything they could to make us feel like VIPS in our own secluded get away. The dive masters were professional, fun and very knowledgeable on the local area and marine biology. We swam with manta rays for 3 of our dives. The Fairfax Island wall dive was spectacular with a fun gutter at the end. Huge shout out to all the staff. Very highly recommended experience.

Perfect day and perfect weather and to top it off the staff were very friendly and accomodating. With the rough seas comes seasickness and the staff are always there with you to hand you a vomit bag which i very much appreciated.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Had originally booked to stay on the pontoon out at the island but due to bad weather the pontoon was unable to be located in time.
The team offered us daily trips out to the island for a double dive on the reef each day instead. The dives were incredible and the wildlife was amazing. I want to give an extra special shout out to our dive master Mirko who led us through some amazing dives with the highlight being a close encounter with manta rays! I'd also like to give a special mention to Captain Ash who's knowledge of Lady Musgrave island brought us to these

What a fantastic day!!! Staff were tremendous, facilities were great and my 13 year old and I had an absolutely fantastic time. We had been out before with Lady Musgrave Experience and returned so my son could have his first experience of scuba diving in a really safe but equally exciting location. He had a ball and is now hooked and will be doing his PADI licence. A massive thanks to his Divemaster Ashley who was wonderful with him and made his first scuba experience something he will remember for years to come.

One of thee best experiences of my life, if your looking to visit the Great Barrier Reef this is the perfect place so many amazing turtles and gorgeous clear blue waters surrounding the island! The food was ok could definitely be better but for the price I feel it’s worth it, the last thing you’ll be thinking of is food anyways.
Thanks for an unforgettable experience

My family and I absolutely loved the Lady Musgrave experience. The crew was amazing and so friendly. Snorkeling was breathtaking, there was so much reef to explore however we did feel that it was a bit rushed and would have enjoyed a little longer, but that would be our only negative feedback. The way the staff was able to navigate the glass bottom boat around and over the reef for the best views was outstanding. The island was beautiful and the staff knowledge was fantastic. Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea was provided and was absolutely delicious, a great variety and extremely fresh!

Had a great day out with a very friendly and helpful crew. Well worth the money and time!
Be sure to take motion sickness tables before the trip as directed and keep topping up every couple of hours 😂. Bar onboard sells a good variety of drinks (inc alcohol) and the tablets.
Really enjoyed snorkeling and seeing the multitude of colours and array of fishes and coral in addition to the sea turtles.
Snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef - off my bucket list ☺️.
