My daughter was looking for an investment property. We found one of interest and sent an enquiry. Adam Humbert from Kitson property contacted us about the house. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and nothing was a problem to him when arranging our view via zoom. He was very honest about the area we were looking at and truly professional and the deal was done! All round good experience with Kitsons. Adam sold our first home for us, got a good price with a very quick sale. He was very on the ball the whole way through.
Jay was our property manager when we leased the same home after the sale, he was good to deal with as well. Any issue was always sorted out very quickly. Will defiantly use these guys again!

He used a personalised sale strategy based on our family situation and some nearly finished renovation projects- the silent sale was fantastic!
Adam sold our home at a higher price than we (and other agents) thought possible, at the very first inspection!
