Our mission is to excel in complementary health care by integrating the strengths of Eastern medicine with Western medicine. We adhere to a high standard of excellence to provide safe, effective and compassionate health care. Our clinical focus and passion is natural fertility; IVF support; preconception, pregnancy, labour, postnatal care and women's health.
We create individually tailored sessions to support you throughout every stage of your reproductive and general health. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine treatments combined with diet and lifestyle counselling can be integral in bringing your body into optimal health by addressing the underlying causes of illnesses as well as the symptoms.
The menstrual cycle is one main indicator of how a woman's body is functioning, and can, therefore, reflect the health of her reproductive organs, hormonal levels and overall wellbeing. We observe a broad range of concerns with many of our clients and can provide support to help with many common and uncommon female health issues.
Using traditional practices and techniques, we aim to support overall health, wellbeing, vitality and immunity. We use a gentle, non-needle method similar to acupressure for children to stimulate acupoints and meridians using rubbing, tapping and pressing methods on the surface of the body. No needles are used and children generally find the treatment very relaxing and fun, as no pain or discomfort is felt.
Men's health can be less complicated than a woman's, but it is just as important to address, especially when planning for a family. Chinese medicine can offer support as you work through a range of issues which can impact your overall wellbeing.

I highly recommend Ivana to those seeking assistance with fertility. After trying for over a year, Ivana helped us to conceive our second child naturally. From my very first interaction with Ivana, I found her to be extremely professional and also very easy to deal with and she has great communication skills. Ivana is the master of Chinese medicine!
Any health challenges I have had have been solved with in a short time, from colds to Plantafaucitis with laser Accupunture.
I live in Melbourne and Ivana does Skype consultations for me and when I am in Port Macquarie visiting my sister I go in for a treatment/ consultation .
Consequently my sister also sees Ivana for Migraines and my niece has had successfull fertility treatment from Ivana.
I also like Metagenics which Ivana prescribes as I have found this brand the most successful in my recovery from colds and low Iron.

I first started seeing Ivana for help conceiving a second baby, as she’s the most qualified and experienced practitioner on the central NSW coast, but especially in Port Macquarie: her results speak for themselves. She’s so passionate about women’s health and is always attending workshops and further study in women’s fertility and children’s health.
