Ascot Vale Osteopathy
At Ascot Vale Osteopathy, we strive to be leaders in proactive, preventative Osteopathic health care to all members of the local community. We offer treatment and management for a variety of conditions: including back and neck pain, sports injuries, headache and migraine problems, arthritis, joint problems and pregnancy related pains.

Osteopaths are primary health care practitioners who recognise the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which facilitates healing by focusing on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit.
Services
All Osteopaths at Ascot Vale Osteopathy have undergone 5 years of full-time study. At Ascot Vale Osteopathy, you will not only find experts in osteopathic care, but also rehabilitation prescription, biomechanic assessment and advice, pre and post natal care, and pillow and mattress advice. Ever since Tayyar attended his first anatomy class, he's had a great interest in the anatomy and function of the human body.

Osteopathy is a holistic treatment for pain and discomfort that has been practised for over 100 years. It is a system of manual therapy that uses hands-on techniques to assess, diagnose and treat the entire musculoskeletal system. Osteopaths are primary health care practitioners who recognise the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions.
Dry Needling is a technique that can be used as a part of Osteopathic treatment. Dry Needling uses small solid needles to release tight muscles (also known as trigger points), with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and connective tissue dysfunction. Dry Needling technique directly treats the neuromuscular system, affecting muscle tightness, joint mobility, and symptoms of pain and irritation.

Fiona is the best Osteo I have ever been treated by. I had spent years looking for someone to treat my jaw and neck (a specialist area of expertise). Many other places I have been say yes I can treat your symptoms but when arriving have had no clue about what I was speaking of. Fiona was upfront and told me what she did know (which was so much more than most non specialists) and on the second appointment it was clear she had looked into it further. I haven't looked anywhere else since.
The service is professional, on time and always helps relieve my pain. The price for consultation is lower than
