We understand that in some cases, due to the nature of your injuries, it is not convenient for you to visit our office for your initial consultation and we offer an initial consultation conducted at your home, or at hospital. We also offer after hours appointments to accommodate family members, who may provide support to you, to attend the appointment.
There is a perception that lawyers cost a lot of money and that if you use one you will have a large legal bill to pay, and will possibly be left out of pocket. We can't vouch for other law firms but this is not the case at Peninsula Personal Injury Lawyers. We work on a no win no fee basis.
This means on a successful outcome to your clam where you obtain Compensation (or a 'win') the insurer will pay not only the Compensation, but most of your legal costs (Party Party Costs) plus Disbursements (money we have spent on medical reports and evidence to support your claim).When there is a 'win' you will have to pay the remainder of the legal costs (Solicitor Client Costs) from your Compensation.

Since setting up an office in Mandurah in 2011 the team at Peninsula Personal Injury have grown into one of Perth's most respected personal injury law firms. I would like to thank Natalie and all the girls in the Mandurah Office for guiding me thru my coach accident last year. I can’t recommend ppil highly enough I went to the Mandurah office and if it wasn’t for peninsula personal injury lawyers in Mandurah I wouldn’t be happy and moving on with my life like I am now .. They did everything for me they took the stress out and there was so much I had no idea about and that’s why I highly recommend if you have a workers compensation claim or any claim go and speak to them you honestly won’t regret it. The staff are so friendly and Justin and Natasha are amazing I 100% recommend you go talk to them.

We were recommended to PPIL by a friend who had used them before. It was the first time I had ever used a lawyer, didnt know any of the 'lawyer speak' and felt very overwhelmed initially.
