Was told the day before that they would be at the apartment by 10.30am (to collect the keys from my real estate agent so I was unaware they were late) only to have someone call me at 11.30 saying they are on their way.
I was never notified of the late arrival and once told by the worker (not the owner, the original person I made the booking with) I received a call from the owner and he was yelling and speaking extremely rude to me and had 0 professionalism by blaming me and making up ridiculous excuses instead of understanding his wrong doing and apologising.
During this phone call he hung up
