Contacted Energy Makeovers as they are an accredited provider as part of the Victorian Energy Upgrade Incentive Scheme. The replacement light bulbs are super bright even though they are energy efficient and they last up to 15 years. Prompt, quick and professional service.

The crew called ahead and arrived on time. They completed the job even though it was well past normal business hours. The 2 person team ensured that clean-up progressed in parallel with installation of the dimmers and LEDs. The invoicing was handled at the end of the job and was exactly as per the quote. Very satisfactory service. Highly commended.

Changing our old halogens to LEDs under the Victorian Energy Upgrade program has made a huge difference to the brightness, energy and cost efficiency of lighting our home.
The booking process with Energy Makeovers was straightforward and they communicated well with me.
Dean came by a week after I contacted them and made quick work of all 60 bulbs that needed replacing.
Best of all it was free for us.

I’m happy with the overall product and the electricians subcontracted to complete the job were friendly, helpful and professional.
My only point of concern is that they didn’t tidy up the mess that they left behind. I had to pick up a large number of black plastic pieces that were lying on the ground around the house and do a full vacuum after they left. For future, I think that they need to tidy up properly before leaving to go elsewhere.
I also think it would be helpful to give more detailed information about the lights being installed. I was not told until the day of installation that

I dealt with Stefanie and Dean and they where very helpful and extremely professional and flexible with arranging completion of the project. The increase in sustainability and decrease in energy use has been significant and I would recommend Energy Makeovers. Even when the Veet did not cover 100% of the services, was still very reasonable.
