Services
We only provide offsite bookkeeping services. However, we recognise the need of some clients for occasional onsite work- that can be arranged. We use Xero, Quickbooks Online (QBO) and MYOB in servicing our client's bookkeeping requirements. We are a Xero Certified Advisor and a QBO ProAdvisor. Process periodic payroll, compute for monthly PAYG and superannuation and payroll tax, when applicable.
In line with our commitment to the bookkeeping profession, we are offering bookkeeper mentoring to individuals who have the passion to help business owners and love details and numbers. We expect nothing less. And for that, we implement a selection criteria for prospective Mentees. Our Mentees have the option to either start a career in Accounting as a Bookkeeper or they may want to set up their own bookkeeping practice.
For new businesses or those moving to a computerised or cloud accounting system - Xero, QBO or MYOB. We can help customize your chart of accounts and design your invoice / statement. We can also conduct the initial training for you and your staff for the basics of record keeping using your chosen software.
At end of the financial year, we will prepare your business & relevant individual tax returns. We offer tax planning services to all our existing clients.
