UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THEY ARE. The website page shows this huge team. Tried to contact Nick and Ash on the phone or on the website, "what a joke". Then they came to site, 4 weeks later neither of them capable of putting quote together. A blessing in hindsight. There are better contractors out there, dont get caught up in a fancy website. The number of reviews speaks volume. I wonder how many more like me, but people dont take the time to warn others.

I was fairly anxious about hiring these two guys, after being referred to them from another business who couldn’t take on an extra job at a time that suited me.
9 visit’s later....all I can say is this little family owned company far exceeds the standards of any big buissiness.
They are top of the line and are not afraid to give you a real and honest opinion that entails what you want within your garden.

These guys did a great job the first time but after no explanation or out of courtesy phone call for just not turning up for my second booking I let it go on the understanding it was raining, I booked another appointment with them and was told that they would be available so confirmed the booking. Once again no show and no phone call or explanation. I paid my invoice straight away when I received it from the first job which was happily received. I'm disappointed this is the way these guys treat there customers.
