Given the price, I had very high hopes for this cruise - and they were all exceeded. The boat was nice and new, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the sights were beautiful. The two additional tours off the boat were particular highlights - the Sarah Island tour guide in particular was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had, and walking through the boardwalk in the Franklin Gordon national park was excellent. The food and drinks were also great. I couldn’t fault it.

I must admit I did not originally book with WHC because of the “value for money” positioning and picked the other cruise because they sound more premium. However due to covid bad luck, that booking got cancelled at the very last minute. We were lucky enough to secure seats with WHC on the same day for their afternoon cruise!
Of course due to last minute booking we couldn’t pick the seating options so we got the “least favourite” (and cheapest) one - Main Deck Centre. Regardless, once on board we were really surprised as the vessel has big windows all around so despite sitting in the

Had a truly magnificent and moving day on this cruise. A huge thank you to all of the staff. I learnt so much, completely relaxed, enjoyed the food and drinks and was in absolutely awe and moved to tears by the… natural beauty, history and the welcome to country by Trish. Guide Katrina was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly.

Brilliant weather on the day!
The food was great and just enough. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff.
Interesting facts learned and David on Sarah Island was a great story teller which made sense when we found out he was in “The ship that never was” production.
Worth the extra cash to be on the top deck. Good to be on the bridge and chat to the Captain about his new $9,000,000.00 boat!
