There comes a point in our lives where we aren't sure who we are or where we are going. This point could be a change in family dynamics, a change at work or study or from a stressful situation. The body is powerful and clever. It will keep going and going and going. But then one day it will stop.
So if you don't take the time to make changes in your lifestyle, be it work life balance, food, sleep, exercise, self care, relaxation then over a period of time things will start to go wrong.We sometimes second guess what we feel but in time you will learn to trust your intuition. Meditation and Yoga are great places to start.

Vinyasa yoga is comprised of flowing movements to warm up the body and poses allowing us to focus, to tune in and open up our bodies to release tension and free any blockages. Stretches that help us to be more flexible, strong and healthy. And last but not least, breathing exercises. In each pose there are options and/or alternatives so everyone will benefit during the session.
As in all aspects of Life, we are continually evolving, changing and growing. However, often we forget about ourselves as life gets busy and we tend to put others first- family and friends and even work. So this becomes the norm! Then slowly we don't feel fulfilled in our lives, we don't feel "happy".
Imagine the body is like a free flowing river. While it flows freely every thing is good. However, if something falls into the river (eg: a tree, branches, rocks etc) this can cause blockages and disrupt the flow of the water. Then other debris collects around these blockages and reduces the flow even more.
Reiki is a different experience for each person. There are similarities that everyone experiences but on the whole it is unique to you. This being so because as the practitioner I am holding space for you, so your body can remember and start to heal itself. Our ability to self heal should not be under estimated.
