Thanks to Ian, my partner and I have been able to buy our first home,
We had been told that we wouldn't be able to get a loan through other mortgage brokers, before they had even applied for loans through the banks, luckily a friend had recommended Ian, who was confident he could get us where we needed to be and went through the application process without hesitation, even though it could have been a complete waste of time for him.

I can’t recommend Ian enough. He was an absolute lifesaver to us in a time where stakes were high and time was limited. Ian came up with plan A, B and C so that we always knew we had an option to fall back on if it were needed, which was incredibly reassuring. The highest recommendation for Ian Hughes!! After having a number of set backs when trying to get a loan with our bank, we very luckily stumbled across Ian! The very next day we were meeting with Ian and coming up with plans on how to move forward. We had a particularly difficult situation and add to this, Covid-19 was approaching fast and affecting all things. Ian went above and beyond for us, time and time again and we cannot speak highly enough of him!!

Ian is incredible! It was so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cared and wanted the best for me. This was my first home loan and Ian took the time to explain the process to me and make sure I always understood exactly where we were at and all the options I had available. We were working to a very short deadline and in a time where stress could have been very high, Ian was constantly checking in to let me know we were on track and what the next steps are. Ian is personable, understanding, professional and I had so much trust in him throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!!
