Services
Screen Printing is essentially placing a mesh screen, that has had your design transferred, onto a garment and applying ink through the mesh with a squeegee directly onto the shirt. The shirt is then run through a tunnel dryer at 160 degrees Celsius to cure the ink. Fullhammer has been screen printing since the 1980's and has seen a lot of changes within the industry.
We operate the latest in Brother DTG technology to bring your design to life on any cotton garment. Similarly to screen printing, DTG printing is heat cured but the longevity of your print will depend on your washing skills! DTG prints feel really smooth as the ink impregnates into the material for a soft feel on the garment.
The sublimation process provides the opportunity to print any design onto fabric giving you endless design opportunities only limited by your imagination. We can create merchandise apparel such as polo shirts, hoodies and singlets through to team uniforms for sports like afl, rugby, basektball, netball, & baseball just to name a few.
Almost like a custom cut sticker, your design or numbers are printed on vinyl via a large scale Roland Printer, once the machine has printed, it uses a small blade to cut out the detail, we can then transfer the design via heat press. Fullhammer has been specialising in names and numbers for the Australian sporting industry since 1980.

Would have given a zero star rating but not available. I ordered a t ball shirt for my 6yo daughter on the 12/11/20 it's now the 11/3/21 and still no shirt. Customer service into relation with the problem is very poor most email responses take over a week and half the time no reply at all. I was told they were waiting on red t-shirts to arrive and was offered a refund I told them I needed the t-shirt as it was the t ball uniform. They then sent me out an incorrect order and still had issues chasing a response as to why. I asked the company to phone me in relation to my order and yet again no response
