Old school wreckers with great old school service. I experienced friendly stadd and they have a wide range of parts and cars on hand. You can call in advance and if they have time they'll tell you what cars they have. As a dude off the street, I felt safe and comfortable in this place and found exactly what I needed. I'm not sure how it works if you want a part but can't remove it yourself but my the looks of it they offer that service too. I wish there were more businesses like this around. Thanks.

You have to paid 2aud for take a look, easy monney ...
I ask to the reception for a left light on a kia preggio, they have a kia preggio, 40aud for the part.
I come inside, found a kia preggio, but everything in front of this one have been remove.
I come back to the reception and tell to someone what happen, and he said to me '' you just paid 2aud for take a look '' .
Ok ..

Pathetic.
Today is 3rd visit: plus 1 ph call for one small part.
1) Call: Guy says "yep. We have part. Come down any day. Someone can pick it for you"
2) Visit 1: I go & am told "you will have to check if we have part" Im not part savvy so annoyed said "you said someone can pick it for me on ph"
Him: "too busy today. Come another day"
3) Visit 2: I go back on a Sat. SAME GUY says:
"We can only pick for you M-F"
4) Visit 3 (today): Wed : DIFFERENT guy says:
"You have to check if we have part then we will send someone out to pick it

Very Poor. After enquiring the night before about a particular car part advertised on the website the staff were less than enthusiastic or helpful. The staff were not only non-accommodating but were just plain rude when telling me it had gone months ago. After voicing my frustration about how we had paid $4 entry fee but most annoyingly driven for over 2 hours to get there only to find we had been misled. I politely asked that due to the circumstances may I have my entry fee refunded, for the arrogant staff-worker to flatly deny my request.
