The Marina Hotel Apartments

We ate tonight at The Marina Hotel my daughter requested the Blue Finn Tuna as it was indicated on the menu to… be gluten free. My daughter explained to the waitress couscous is not gluten-free and can it be changed for alternatives. The waitress stated she would explain this to the chef. When the meal came out the couscous was included on the meal. My daughter attempted to explain to the manager this meal was not gluten-free but Heidi the manager insisted it was. Her attitude in this matter was appalling and made my daughter feel like she did something wrong because she is coeliac. There

We ate there, food was average, they got the order wrong and I was over charged. Won't go there again.

We were the only people staying in the hotel. With this in mind, they understandably didn't have the dinner buffet out, but served a set menu. It was highly uninspiring and was served to some diners at the table at almost comically different times.
Also, one room had a lock that didn't work. It took far too long for the hotel staff to act upon this - they should have simply changed the room

We got a room 4002 and I hope they just fix it quickly. The smell of it was overwhelming, we had to open the balcony to get some fresh air and be able to sleep after we were told there were no other rooms available. The bathroom needs some serious repair, there is rust and yellow stains everywhere; even holes on the wall. We could't use the refrigerator either.
It is a shame as the location and views are beautiful.

Amazing food, fantastic service. Awesome to watch the boats come past and the fish in the water.

After a bad hotel experience I switched to this hotel, it has amazing view but the system in the hotel was very bad.
There was no refrigerator in rooms.
I stayed like dinner was included but not water, they are obsessed with drink.
And there was no place to put your shampoo when you have shower, it was really bad.
There is no hanger for towels, I took the picture of bath.
I dont reccomend this hotel.

The view is amazing, and the swimmingpool is great! That was everything that was good. The breakfast was not good the wifi didn’t work. The realm in this hotel was grim. The staff members were also not kind. I will never go again to this hotel it wasn’t worth the money

We want to stay here for 2 night and they shown to us to different rooms, one a little bit beautiful and another looked like one motel cheap room. At the service part were only little boys, not so professional, and at the cleaning part, was like the average cleaning at the hotels from Turkey, even if the price was higher than other places.
We didn't remain there.

Apartments are large, quiet with lovely views of the marina from the sunny lounge/dining/ kitchen with balcony. Kitchen is very well set up with cooking equipment, large fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Would like to see a coffee pod machine, to save bringing our own. Needs a little updating, and drawer space in the bedrooms.

First time, EXCELLENT Accom will be back on a monthly basis, Hilton you’ve lost me!!!’ Only down side a bit of a… wait on meals when dining room is busy and I would also avoid sitting in the Middle of the Bar on a cold night due to the inability and total rudeness of locals that don’t know how to shut a bloody door!!!

Beautiful setting enjoying the boats coming and going whilst being catered for by friendly staff and having beautifully presented and great tasting food.

Great setting by the water. Beautiful views and they make great pizzas. A great place to visit.

This should be a 4 star hotels but for me it just like a 2star hotel. So old. What makes me give another star is they have a terrace which my room at that time facing to the harbour. Its a good view at night. And its easy for a smoker to seat and smoking while enjoying the view.
