We have always had excellent service and repairs have never taken any longer than a week or two (depending on spare parts). They are efficient and extremely helpful. We arranged for a warranty job done to on our dishwasher. We rang Telefix and they came very promptly, with two days of our phone call. The technician, Steve came on time and with the necessary replacement parts. He was professional and courteous. He completed the task very promptly and tested the unit before leaving. Great job. Fixed my Samsung refrigerator under warranty. Staff were very helpful. The original time frame of possible service was a 4 hour window, however they were flexible and able to work with me to narrow that. Technician was polite and very good at explaining the problem and his repair. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because their number appears as a private number on caller id and I was unable to return their call so had to wait an extra 24hours to arrange the service.
