We're very happy with our Solar. From the beginning of our first meeting where the plan and instillation process was explained through to the actual instillation where the friendly and professional installers completed a seamless job, with no mess I might add, we have been very happy. We're already seeing results.

The team at Akana were very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of supplying and installing the panels and the inverter overall there pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of the products they recommended and also the warranty was up there on the top tier. I would have no problem recommending them.

We had Arkana Energy Group instal our 20kw Solar System without fault or delay! The installation was seamless and the installers were helpful and informative! Excellent sales staff, know their product and very friendly. They came out and looked at our home, discussed our power needs and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t want. The installers were friendly and courteous young fellas, flexible in considering different installation plans to the original in order to reduce the parts needed and optimise solar efficiency. Ongoing customer service is easy, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Arkana.

From start to finish of installation and commissioning our experience with Arkana Energy has been fantastic. No pushy sales people just honest advice backed by a solid supply chain. Even though they are based in Brisbane we got the same quality service here in Highfields. My husband had been harassed by a bunch of foreign sales reps, from off shore call centres trying to sell a system over the phone without coming to sit down with us. Arkana Energy took the time to come and see us, see our house, and find out our requirements, and tailor a solar system to suit our needs.
The installers were polite, professional and did a superb job. As you can see, our panels look fantastic, and we couldn't be happier.

From start to finish my experience with Arkana couldn’t have been easier.
Kristen was able to explain the system to me in a way that made it much easier to understand.
Although Arkana were not local to me I was impressed with their industry certification and high level of customer service.

Great service, painless experience. Brett was great, explained the pros and cons of solar, what to expect, how much I could possibly save etc. Ash and Ben were great guys, installation went smoothly, highly educated and genuine people. Loan application was approved instantly. New meter was installed quickly and now I’m up and running. Rang Brett to check the numbers and he responded immediately, great guy, goes above and beyond. App is working fine, sun is out, I’m generating power. Happy days.
