The newly renovated dog boarding kennel and cat boarding facilities are located within a beautiful park-like 10 acre farm, in a convenient location, 20 minutes drive from Port Macquarie just off the highway near Kempsey on the Mid North Coast.
Our purpose built cattery offers your cat unique indoor-outdoor living areas. Located amongst the trees and natural surrounds, your cat will feel completely at home, comfortable and safe. Our purpose built cat boarding facilities are located within a beautiful park-like 10 acre farm and offers your cat unique indoor-outdoor living areas where it is warm in winter and cool in summer.
Set in a 10-acre park like setting, Australian Pet Boarding is the ultimate doggy daycare for your pet. A full day of play, friendship and fun. If you are not home during the drop-off time and we have to take your dog back to Australian Pet Boarding for the night, you will be charged an additional fee for boarding and the return drop-off.
We offer a variety of training packages to suit every dog's need and can even be included in your pet's boarding package. Peak periods require a minimum number of days to secure a booking. A deposit is required to secure a peak period booking. Our 2 Border Collies were looked after here over Christmas 21. The booking was last minute, communication was prompt nothing was a problem and we arranged for drop off outside of opening hours. We were travelling up the coast and the location was very easy to access and drop off/pick up the dogs. Mark was very kind and you can see that he is passionate about dogs with the many Facebook videos he takes and puts them online for us to see.
The grounds are really looked after. It’s nice dropping the dogs off to a nice place, it’s well cared for.

Mark runs a very professional and well maintained business. Our 8 month old Labrador Gus stayed there for 3 weeks for training and he came home a much better behaved and slimmer Gus. He has continued there with Doggy Day Care and comes home very happy, settled and ready to curl up. Mark and his staff are very knowledgeable in training dogs but also kind and caring. Gus gets so excited when he sees the bus arrive to take him off to meet his friends.

I recently left my boxer with Mark and the team for a week. This was his third visit and never has there been an issue. He comes home exhausted and sleeps well for the next few days. The team do a wonderful job and I know he is in good hands when he is left with them for a stay. Well done to all at Australian Pet Boarding.

How good is this place!! I took my dog to Australian Pet Boarding and Mark and the staff out there where amazing. The facilities are very clean and professional and I could tell straight away that the staff really cared for the dogs and looked after them. My dog also received a bit of training from the owner Mark and has been a fantastic, well behaved dog ever since. I have had our dog in at pet boarding places before but these guys take that bit of extra care to keep the dogs healthy and happy. To Mark and his staff I want to thank them again and say great job guys. I'll be back for sure and can

Recently left our puppy at the Australian Pet Boarding for 3 weeks while she was receiving training. She was very well looked after, made lots of friends and it took a bit of convincing to get her to leave! The staff are wonderful with the dogs and we wouldn’t hesitate to use the facility again.

Cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. The facilities by far exceeded my expectations - it's truly a little doggy Disneyland. We were having a lot of behavioural issues with our 6 month old Doberman who was really testing boundaries and acting like a naughty little devil. After boarding and training at Australian Pet Boarding, our dog came back very well-tempered, calm and a pleasure to be around. She now performs all of her basic obedience training, and continuing her training is so easy and enjoyable now that she's back at home. Thank you so much for all your hard work Mark & team

Mark and his friendly staff have a wonderful holiday home for your pets. We have a purebred kelpie whom by the way, sleeps inside and when we need or want to go away we know that our dog will be fed nutritional food and looked after like he would be when he is at home with us. Also he is always eager to start his holiday and happily runs off and when he comes home he is even better behaved and sleeps like a baby. The animals have plenty of space to run and play. The skill and training of the staff is top class and we would recommend these boarding kennels to anyones' pet and prices are very reasonable
