Absolutely stunning dresses! They always have a wide selection of styles, cuts, colours and fabrics. There are plenty to choose from and are all great quality. I’ve bought three dresses from there now and love each of them. I also found there to be a range of sizes which was great as some formal stores I couldn’t find a size above a small 12. Customer service has always been great, and I’ve felt welcomed and been offered assistance every time I’ve been in the store. The dresses are on the more expensive side, but I’ve found it worth it for the quality and style.

We went today to find a last minute formal dress and the service and dresses are fantastic! To say I tried on nearly half the store is not an exaggeration and to find multiple styles and colours I liked was great, especially in one store! The lovely staff were happy to assist in finding the perfect dress in my size no matter how many I asked to try and my overall experience was great! If you need a formal/even dress for the range and customer service I highly recommend checking out Bezoni!

Terrible returns policy, which is not clear or obviously stated. If you are going to have such a shocking policy, you should at least tell people before they make a purchase. I will definitely not shop here again and advise anyone considering it not to. Horrible customer service, very disappointing.

I was looking for my daughters formal dress and was so impressed with the service and range of beautiful dresses in this store. The owner let me know that if they didn't have what I was looking for in the right size, they could do a special order for the correct size.
I was so happy when my daughter found a beautiful dress in her size that was also long enough for her as she is very tall.
It was great to see younger styles in larger sizes and would like to say thanks for considering that to the owner.
I will definitely be back
