Is it real? Horrible customer service!! I hope they record when they pick up the phone!! My delivery came earlier than what we asked!! Luckily I was there. I hope nobody uses them in the future!! They will ruin your business. .

Couldn't be more frustrated with both their customer service and delivery. 2 days in a row I've been told my package is onboard for delivery and will be delivered before 5:30pm, both days they have missed the delivery quoting "the delivery driver ran out of time". I was more then understanding the first time but for it to be onboard 2 days in a row and not be delivered is an absolute joke. Avoid this service at any cost as they are guaranteed to let you down. Buyer beware

Highly recommend against using. We've been waiting days for a package; everything else gets delivered but these guys. Half the time they don't answer the phone. Today I literally waited +on the porch+ with the door open to make sure they don't miss us for the third (!) time. I called then at 2 p.m. to make sure it was coming, and then at 4:45 (!) .. and got told the driver had had an accident and it wasn't coming, which I would not have known if I hadn't called again.

Vendors please do not use this company! I bought a piano off Mall Music, in which Roland fulfilled the order. Roland used COPE to deliver the piano. I originally called up Mall Music (not their fault) to ask where the package is at and they referred me to COPE to ask for a tracking number, stating that they were told it would be delivered on Friday. So on Friday I call COPE to confirm that it was going to be delivered on the day, they say "yes it's onboard for delivery, should be coming this afternoon before 5:30pm". I wait and wait and there was no call, no message, still wasn't given a tracking

I would give no stars if it were up to me. Cope outsourced the delivery - so technically not directly their fault, that the driver left a valuable item that was meant to be inspected and accepted personally - i.e. it was NOT authorised to be left - on my door step. They were meant to call to organise a time to delivery - that never happened either. If the item had been stolen or damaged - then what?

Literally a joke. a 1 star rating is generous of me. there’s no tracking, no time of delivery and i was meant to receive it yesterday and nothing showed so i called them and they said it will be here today, nothing came so i called and they told me that there’s no drivers out today without even letting me know beforehand. they tell you that you need to be home all day so i’ve cancelled plans two days now and nothing.

The hold time to get through to you’re customer service is ridiculous.
Then to finally speak to a customer service representative about my Velux delivery and She is absolutely rude.
Refused to give me her name or to transfer my call to someone in a higher position.

Vendors please don’t use this company. Deliveries don’t arrive. I got a call in the morning asking if someone is home. I said yes and waited all day for nothing. The tracking system only says dispatched. Very poor service. Zero rating if possible.

I echo others' feedback here. Shops/vendors, please DO NOT use this delivery service!!! It's been a week since the item is dispatched from VIC to NSW and it still hasn’t been delivered. Customer Service is non-existent, online status is absolutely useless and not updated. They are destroying your reputation! DO NOT USE!

Organised a large item to be delivered for Friday morning, they (delivery driver) called me 4 days before at Tuesday 3pm for delivery. I spoke to delivery driver that was Friday am delivery.
Friday, already organised a rental lift, and hired out couple of guys, expecting for delivery in the morning, driver finally calls back and said if he can deliver at 4pm. So wasted whole day, wasted money on hiring equipment and whole day labour, also have to organise a another day to complete job with more money wasted on it
