Interviewing is an art, therefore it is critical that prior to attending your interview you undertake certain steps to ensure you are well prepared for the meeting. We have put a document together of what we believe are the most important steps when preparing for an interview. No interviews are truly informal so it is always best to prepare as much as possible.

Had engaged momentum for supplying scaffold labourers. The quality of worker than generally turned up complained about lifting heavy things, and had no experience whatsoever. They actually cost our company money for time they sent guys to site, when they turned up.
For the most part, when they didn't show up, you would speak with a lady called Anne (she was pretty nice) and ask for a replacement which would also never turn up once again costing money.
They claim to go through candidates and supply the best fit which is defiantly not true. The inability of their workers shows when they are dropping

I was contacted by Jessica initially, enquiring if I was available for a possible position with a reputable company.
Due to Covid restrictions the sign-up and interview was completed on line. I found Jessica to be very friendly and professional. Although the entire process took a little longer than the 'norm' again, as a result of the recent Covid Delta outbreak in Sydney. Jessica kept me updated on progress. My personal experience with Momentum and more specifically Jessica Carruthers has always been a pleasant experience. I secured the assignment and am enjoying the job! Thanks Jess and Momentum

Thanks to natasha and Alex I was always kept in employment. the pay is always on time if the timesheets were sent in correctly ( obviously) in the rare occasion if there were pay discrepancy it would be resolved quickly with just a phone call.
the work is mostly based on landscaping maintenance with the occasional civil construction work. penalty rates are paid whenever they are agreed upon by clients.
once again I cannot reiterate how much natasha and Alex helped me, making life easy for everyone.

What a fantastic agency. The fact I get to speak with and work with the Construction manager is better than most agencies will give you. Always have work, always informed the day before of when and where you are working.
The team there are very thorough and make sure you have everything needed to start and complete your shifts.

Someone called me asking to attend an interview for the following morning. I hesitated for a second, trying to organise my agenda, and she replied "you don't waste my time" and "I have many other people like you". In over 12 years of career in sales and many job researches done, I've never met anyone so rude, impolite, disrespectful and arrogant. Maybe they think that by "offering" jobs they are in the position of treating people like this. Dignity is not on sale, fortunately !!

This is the worst agency i have ever been to. First of all the interview takes much too long. The agents there were unfriendly and not interested. They promised me to get a job after the interview but i didn't get any response. Furthermore they didn't answer any mail or phonecalls.
