Thank you Hampers by Design for your exceptional service when I rang with a question and a hamper which was exactly as advertised! It also arrived on time. When you can't be with loved ones to celebrate significant occasions these things matter! I'll be using you again! Due to WA border lockdowns we were recently unable to attend 2 very special Family Celebrations.
Deliveries via our personal courier service - instead of handing gifts to recipients our drivers will knock & place the gift near the front door to prevent contact & spreading of viruses. Deliveries via Australia Post - A signature will no longer be required for a delivery or post office collection, instead the delivery driver will ask for the customer's name and sign on their behalf.
Once you have selected "Place Order" at our online checkout, your payment will be processed, and your order placed. You will also be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order - make sure you fill in your correct email address. We also accept direct transfers to out bank account - gifts will not be sent until payment is received into our account.

I arranged for a hamper to be delivered to my wife's work for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Found out that night that she was working at a different location the next day and had to get the address changed. Before 8am the following morning they replied and confirmed the new address details and my wife messaged a few hours later to say she loved her gift! I ordered a hamper from Florida for Perth delivery.
Email communication was great, delivery was quicker than expected, and the recipient was very pleased.
They noted that it was packaged really well, both in style and lack of excessive padding materials. Nothing has been snacked upon yet, but it all looks super tasty.

Over the last few weeks I have ordered two hampers from the team for friend/family in Perth. The hampers were beautifully put together and delivered as ordered.
