Although I didn't proceed with an investment opportunity through Ironfish I highly recommend all looking at getting into the property game (or expanding their portfolio) meet with someone from the team. The properties and strategies developed were very insightful. I was fortunate to meet with Sean who was a genuine and professional person who I enjoyed every interaction with. Even when my decision was made not to proceed due to another opportunity, he gave me support and wished well. I will definitely be in touch when I am ready for my next investment.
