The level of service is totally amazing. Alessandro was very helpful and kept me informed of the order and also let me know he was not going to be able to provide one of the items I ordered and offered me a substitute which was something I would have considered buying as part of my next order. I was recently staying in Rome and the hotel had one of the reed diffusers and a catalogue at their reception. I fell in love with the fragrance and took a photo of the bottle to look out for it on my travels.
Upon my return to Australia I found that Italian Luxury Group carried the range and was delighted to be able to get them here.

I have purchased many items from this site including Mario Giusti glasses and jewels and I must say it's one of the few places in Sydney where you can find high quality, Italian design items!
