Telephones are so complicated now. In small business we don't have the time to faff about trying to learn all about phones, the NBN and the technology you need to make and take calls. And you aren't going to use the knowledge again before it's all out of date anyway. That's where The Telephone Works comes in. They walked us through what should have been simple: as a small business we changed NBN provider. Soooo complicated. Couldn't have done it without them.

We have used Telephone Works ( aka Noel Rickards) to install 2 Toshiba systems and data cables in our West Heidelberg factories during the past 15-20 years.Recently Noel ,at short notice ,repaired and installed a new underhouse teleohone cable so that we could continue working from home during Stage 4 of lockdown. I am happy to stand proud of my comments and show my proof to who ever wishes to reach out of my experience and disappointment. I was made promises that were never delivered and paid for a product that never worked and i have returned and now refusing to refund my money also try to scam me into a phone system that was not needed to work with the NBN System so be aware as most phone systems will still work if you have a switched on I.T person again make sure you do your home work before dealing with this company.

Noel and the team have always provided exemplary service. Initially it was just maintenance on our exisiting system but it moved into installation of an entirely new phone system, then VOIP and all the bells and whistles that go with it.
They have always responded promptly, offered help on topics outside their jurisdiction, and saved us plenty of coin over the years in helping us transition to more cost effective systems.

We have used The Telephone Works on separate occasions for a new Toshiba phone system and to help us switch over to the NBN. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They made both transitions very easy - explained everything in easy to understand terms and were able to take care of all aspects with the NBN switchover.
