Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) : When an international Student completes his/her 2 years Diploma or a Bachelor or Master Course degree then he/she has the option of this Temporary Graduate Visa. The Graduate Temporary visa has study and full time work options available for him. So this visa can be applied by international student after completing at least 24 months of study in Australia.
We help and guide you with Expressions of Interest, Skill Assessment applications, State or Family sponsorship, points test applications (subclass 189 and 190 visa, 491, 887). The Skilled-Independent visa (subclass 189): Permanent visa option, the skilled independent does not require sponsorship by a relative or state/territory government.
To apply for this visa you must be in a genuine and continuous relationship with your spouse or de facto partner who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. Be in Australia when you apply for this visa and when the file is at the final stage or at the decision stage, applicant must be in Australia at that time.
