I contacted 1st Call after finding them listed on an NBNCo site as a certified cabler for NBN residential and commercial related items. I contacted them to ask a few questions, and the person I spoke with (Anthony) was really helpful. Anthony then followed up with me unprompted and worked with me to give me the best information so that I could go back to my ISP with what needed to happen. I then used 1st Call to relocate an internal port for NBN over coax. They have a slick system for quoting, were quick to book me in and were very prompt on the day of the work. My townhouse has 3 stories and needed 2 split system aircons installed for the top floor bedroom & bottom.
At first I thought the quote was a little expensive but once they completed the job, I realised it was very well worth the cost.
The guys at 1st call completed the job with no issues where as other aircon installers denied the job.
All the guys who came were nice and respectful.
Completed the task in Rain, strong winds and HAIL.
Masks were worn the whole time.
The carpet was covered with tarp.
They Cleaned up after them selves.

Rowan was excellent to work with and helped us with installation of an exhaust fan which is significantly better than the previous one! Was diligent with working out the requirements and model selection, installation was very smooth and no mess left. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for electrical work done, will use again in future!

If only dealing with all trades people could be this easy. Rowan was excellent at booking us a timely appointment to have our smoke alarms checked. We received a bio of the trades person before they arrived so we knew who to expect at the door. Luke arrived on time, was quiet, respectful and informed us of what work was required before he efficiently carried it out and cleaned up on his way out. Communication was excellent across all fronts. Highly recommend this 1st Call Electrical. Really setting the bar high for home services.

Luke and Warren from 1st Call Electrical have done a few jobs for me recently, and they're fabulous. Efficient, professional, friendly and punctual. And they tidy up afterwards! Rowan keeps customers in the loop re arrival times and who will be attending, follows up to check all is well after the job and is great at finding ways to help fit you in quickly when needed.
