DO NOT USE POLAR CLEANING EVER .!!!! Demanded money up front before any work commenced . Was offered 75% down payment which they refused to accept .He walked away from the job coz he didn’t get his 100%up front The owner Sunil is arrogant argumentative and rude. Would never use them and don’t waste your time . It is dubious whether demanding money up front before work is commenced is good business practice or indeed lawful .

The cleaner Sammy we had was amazing and carried out quality work.
We paid for an end of lease 100% bond back gurantee, our landlord had mentioned after the service there was an odour that needed to be eliminated. After having countless conversations with the boss Sunil, they refused to return and rectify the… issue in order for us to receive our bond back.
Sunil was extremely rude over the phone when refusing to return to rectify the problems, he was argumentative, and placed the blame on us.
He told us he will refund as some of the money that we paid

Only one "cleaner" turned up, and was 30 minutes late. The "cleaner" who came had no idea what he was doing. He spent 90 minutes wiping down the bathroom without using any cleaning products. Discovered later that he had used our towels to wipe with in the bathroom instead of cleaning cloths we had provided. None of our messages to management have been answered or returned. Do Not Use This Company.

Would never use this service again. End of lease clean organised. Quote noted exclusions were walls and exterior windows. On inspection realised they did no steam cleaning, this was definitely organised as part of the service. On calling they said i requested this wasn't done - absolute crap! These guys lie

A simple misunderstanding turned into me being called a liar and being hung up on. I specifically asked for an End of Lease clean, which according to their website includes wall cleaning and guarantees full bond return and no hidden costs. I asked for the quote to be sent to my partner which it was, but it would seem we were quoted for a moving out… clean and not a End of Lease clean (silly her for not realising that there is a difference).
Well, loan behold the walls weren’t cleaned, we aren’t likely to get our bond back and they also tried to charge us $30 on the day to carry
