I have had custom designed and made built-in robes, panty and linen cupboards with sliding doors from Eastcoast Ultimate over the past 10 years. The products, the price, the workmanship and professionalism have been excellent on each occasion. Their communication and accomodation to my needs are brilliant, the professional ism of their installation staff above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending them, and intend having more work for them in the future:)

I recently used Eastcoast ultimate for the custom make and fit of built in wardrobes in my home. From the very start they have been extremely professional and friendly. Our wardrobes are of the highest quality and look amazing! Unfortunately i don't know names of the installer or person who measured up but i can say that everyone at this business (including reception staff) have been a pleasure to deal with. We just had 2 Built-in wardrobes put in by Shane at Eastcoast Ultimate. The communication from this company is excellent. They are a very easy & well organised company to deal with.
The reason I chose Eastcoast Ultimate initially was because they offer above average very well made doors at affordable prices. They also have a showroom at Nowra that you can pop in & view all of the doors which made ordering easy. Also their website is very good to actually view past jobs that they have completed.

So very happy with my wardrobes, and in fact, the whole process from start to finish. From the first point of contact, everyone is polite and professional. I was also impressed at the very reasonable cost; thinking my requirements might run into many thousands, I was pleasantly surprised by the final invoice.

After waiting almost 3 months this company cancelled my order 1 day prior to agreed installation date claiming that material was not available to complete the job for at least 1 more week. I tried to negotiate an amicable arrangement which included selecting a material which they had in stock. Instead my wife and I were both shouted down and accused of bullying by the owner. Not a nice experience - these people do not deserve to be in business they have no idea of customer service.
