Avoid. Caused significant damage to my vehicle due the driver not knowing where the correct tow point is (Very common car) Broke off whilst at the top of the tray and Rolled down a hill, They are 100% at fault but refuse to do the right thing and accept fault. This has been on going for over 6 months. If you have any issues during your tow they will do everything possible to get out of fixing the issue. AVOID!

Absolutely AMAZING service. With a "can do" attitude. Need more people like Brett in this world. Needed an item shipped up to the Territory, Lightning Towing was able to deliver the item to the freight depot only to be stuffed around by the freight Co. He then took our pallet back to his depot looked after it whilst we try sort it all out. (We are organising all this from the Territory) Top Bloke, there were no hidden costs, I asked all the questions needed. Can not recommend highly enough. If we are ever down that way will definitely pop in to thank you personally. You made our "crap situation

Sweet and honey at the road side, turned rude and disrespectful at collection.
Wasn't informed of the hidden costs (cost of services sent by snail mail). No phone call, no contact after accident to follow up. Entirely the consumers prerogative.
Charged a "fee" to have the car released and shifted to the front of their yard for a wrecker to collect. Informed that they would hold on to the car until the fee was paid.
Witnessed the manager swear vehemently at the wrecker for reversing in the yard.
Lowlifes targeting people's misfortune for profit. Hard and expensive lesson

Rude and disrespectful bunch of people that care about nothing but collecting a ludicrous amount of money for a simple service. The insurance companies are fed up with these sorts of people overcharging that they will provide little or no cover for the towing service. DO NOT USE this towing service, check with your insurance to find out their recommended towing company/s.
