Zac and his team are second to none. I’d been struggling with my car engine light giving an error reading for months and my mechanic had tried many options to find the cause. It wasn’t until I took my car to H&E Auto Electrics that the performed an advanced diagnostics and easily pinpointed the cause and ordered a replacement part speedily.
Their service is excellent and would recommend to anyone.

As another person wrote, they misdiagnosed my issue also stating I needed a new alternator for $800 plus, and to do it asap. I had this checked somewhere else and this was not the issue. The lady on the front desk not friendly. I was charged $40 to replace a head lamp - which I never asked them to do. I'm also a local since 9 years. My first and definitely last time using them.

A few years ago Warren fixed up my XK8, not the run of the mill vehicle, but he listened & understood I wanted a "proper" battery as these vehicles demand that. Very happy with the service received.
After being unable to use the Jag, & forgetting to put it on a trickle charge, I found it dead as a doornail. Phoned & spoke to Warren who said he had handed the business over to the "new generation" ( much like Priest the Jewellers, unfortunately).
Well, I was called back by the new owner & told, yes, but I cannot come out until next weekend. We live about 1 hour away & were prepared to pay travel

Possibly the worst service I have ever received! H&E Auto Electrics Review. I am a long time Noosa local of over 30 years. I have been using H&E for a long time as I do believe in supporting local business.My experience I had this time around certainly changed my mind with using H&E Auto Electrics.
I purchased and PAID for 2 batteries on the 28/08/2020. 1 Battery was in stock, and the second was not. I was told that they could have it in within 2 days. This suited me fine as I did have a trip planned in the next 2 weeks.I waited 3 days and then rang, as I had not heard anything from H&E
