Allwest Turfing has the ability, staff and machinery to carry out site preparations and install turf, both JUMBO Rolls and Standard Rolls, to any size park, in any location. Our most recent large scale park, being 80 000m(2) was Mills Park in Beckenham. Delivering a high quality product with amazing results on schedule!
Suitable for both shaded and sun-filled areas, Palmetto is a soft-leaf buffalo grass variety. Cultivated as an easy-care lawn, Palmetto's deep roots make it drought resistant, ideal for Perth's current climate and water restrictions. Palmetto is suitable for domestic, civil and commercial uses. Village Green Kikuyu is Australian bred and maintains its emerald green colour and dense coverage throughout the winter months.
Getting the earthworks right from the start and completed in a timely fashion will make all the difference to your project. This can include site preparation and clean up, removal of debris, spreading sand/ soil conditioner and installation of turf.

Palmetto Underlay and Lawn Reviver is specially formulated for WA soil conditions. It is the ideal pre plant or top dressing product for your new lawn, as it acts as a slow release source of nutrients and organic matter. It supplies essential trace elements to keep your lawn attractive and green all year round.
90% of problems with lawns can be directed at watering practices. Newly laid turf should be watered sufficiently to saturate the turf and the underneath soil. Use the chart below as a guide to establishing a healthy lawn. HANDY HINT: If the lawn shows signs of stress (a loss of bright colour and slight wilting) then you need to give a good deep drink of 10mm of water per day as soon as possible until it recovers.

The only part of the 50m2 area grassed by Allwest that was good I'd say it was the grass after I was told that the job was completed.
After a close look and the departure of the team, I did not like the end product.
Next mornings called Allwest turf and Natalie ( phone attendant) heard my concerns. An hour later had the supervisor having a look at the project and after some three way discussion I was contacted by Natalie and in a couple of hours a new team was at my place to redo the job.
I recommend Allwest Turf for its business integrity, prompt service and good value.

I contacted Allwest Turfung regarding installing turf and retic. About a week later we received a quote, pretty good considering the local suppliers either didnt get back to me or advised they couldn't quote for a couple of months. After a poor performing lawn experience in the past (different company) I wanted to get this lawn right. I spoke to Margaret and she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We got our front and backyard buffalo palmetto lawn installed by Allwest Turfing and are very happy with the process, product and their service. We highly recommend them.
Natalie has been very responsive since day 1 when we contacted them for a quote. They first gave an approximate quote. Then they visited the site and gave a final quote. They also gave the option to change the installation date by calling them a day in advance just in case there are issues with the reticulation or similar.
On the day of installation, lawns arrived in the morning, and then there were three boys who came to install

Not happy with this company has installed our palmetto grass. I have asked for a quote and the lady quoted me a price, without that much knowledge in lawns they gave me a quote with just laying the grass on bear sand no soil at all. They assured us that it will grow, we water twice a day and fertilise but it after 5 weeks it is slowly dying. Waste of $800+
