We had a call out via RACV Home Emergency on Saturday night. Jedd arrived within the hour and assessed issue requiring new toilet cistern. He was very pleasant and professional and put through a request for a quote to replace cistern.
Received the quote via RACV on Monday and job was completed by Joe Wednesday morning, very promptly and professionally.

Unfortunately I forgot the plumbers name, but he was flawless in his work. I left him here while I ran some errands, didn’t need to worry. He got the job done in less than an hour on a Saturday and I have hot water again! Reported the problem and had it solved in less than 24 hours. As a tenant it’s reassuring to know I have such great people available around to help when needed. Thanks so much again!!
