I recently purchased some Hifi digital audio cables from Tim. The first set arrived within a couple of days but through no fault of his, there was a delay on the other. Tim was excellent in keeping me updated on what was happening showing how much he was concerned to have a happy customer. I imagine he treats all his customers similarly and have no hesitation in recommending his business.

Would give Tim 10 stars if I could. Have used him now on 3 occassions as well as having family members use his services and each time nothing but exceptional customer service and a job carried out to perfection. Incredibly nice guy who goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work. If you go naywhere else for visual / audio installation in Perth your crazy.
