Since 2015 HTR Engineering has been offering Consultants, Contractors, and Companies who wish to work with Defence or a similar organisation a low-cost Contract Aggregator business model. The AGSVA is responsible for granting, revalidating and re-evaluating security clearances for the Commonwealth (excluding other authorised vetting agencies) in compliance with Australian Government protective security policies.

HTR Engineering is a member of the Australian Industry Defence Network and the Australian Business Defence Industry.
Since 2015 HTR Engineering has been offering Consultants, Contractors, and Companies who wish to work with Defence or a similar organisation a low-cost Contract Aggregator business model. A flat rate fee per hour is charged. The fee is not percentage based, hence the Consultant is charged a low fee per hour irrespective of the salary paid or the charge out fee.
JP 2047 is a multi-phased project to maintain and improve Defence's networked communications infrastructure. Telstra Corporation was the Prime Contractor for JP2047 Terrestrial Communications Network Program. HTR Engineering was asked by Telstra to provide a range of ITC skill sets for the Canberra based team.
