Went into the store looking to purchase bulk hose that is listed as a stocked product on the website. The guy in there fobbed us off and didn't want to get out of his chair when we initially walked in saying he had nothing suitable - when I described what I was after he then took us out back but didn't have the required diameter in stock. We asked if we could get him to order some and no effort was made and we were basically pushed out of the store.

Southerns gave me a loan pump during an emergency situation free of charge, which was greatly appreciated, as my whole house relies on rainwater.
Warren and the team were extremely curteous and helpful.

Southern’s Water Technology were able to fix our old but very effective expensive pump that services 4 houses. I explained what had gone wrong and they knew exactly what the problem was, ordered the part and fixed the pump on site. Working perfectly now. All staff knowledgeable and helpful. Had the same experience as Alana. Workers have been telling me the manager isn't in and so the work i paid for over a week ago is still not done. Sounds like the manager needs to be sacked, they take your money and you have to keep chasing the work to be done. Won't be coming back to this place again.

I had reason to use your service on Wednesday this week and was served by a long term employee, very courteously. After almost 20 years of using Southerns for service and supply of various water pumps, and retic supplies this has always been my experience.

Had a terrible experience dealing with this company - terrible customer service.
I dropped my bore pump off on Monday 7/8/17 for a test. They said they'd test it that day and call me back. No call back. The next day I called to follow up, said they'd check and call me back. No call back. Two days later I called again to follow up, the man who answered was very rude, said Warren the Manager was away and no one could help me until Monday.
Monday I went in to see them, they said it hadn't been tested yet. They would prioritise it and call me. No call back.
Tuesday I called and asked for Warren
