Cosmetic tattoo and microblade have come a long way since the heavier, more obvious cosmetic effects of the 80's and 90's. These days, the treatment involves many techniques such as powder fill, pixel effects, ombre and hair strokes, to create eyebrow tattoos that are much more natural and realistic, as well as specially developed pigments that are much softer than those used in body art tattoo.
Often, it is not even possible to tell (without incredibly close inspection) that the brows have been tattooed or microbladed. It is always our goal that to most observers; it appears that our clients are simply blessed with natural, fantastic looking eyebrows! Microblading differs slightly, in that a manual or hand tool is used, to create super fine strokes in the skin in a hair like pattern.

Charlotte has been working in the industry for twelve years, with seven years as a cosmetic tattooist at Lady Lash (our affiliate company) and as director of Brow Game. She completed her cosmetic tattooing/microblading certification under the solo tuition of cosmetic tattoo pioneer Val Glover-Hovan from Cosmetic Tattoo Australia.
Microblade is not suitable for all candidates, as is not recommended for those with very oily/thick skin, or those wanting a very defined look - we recommend powderfill/machine method in these circumstances. Slightly more defined and longer-lasting than microblade - but results can still be very natural!.

I had a great experience with Ivy. I was a little nervous about the tattoo, however, Ivy made me feel extremely comfortable and the numbing cream worked a dream. As someone who has an allergy to any dyes or tints, it has been such a lifesaver. I never have to pick up a brow pencil! 100% recommend this treatment and Ivy!

Noush was very thorough and her work is incredibly detailed. She did not rush the process at all - we spent ages together getting my brows right and so it should be because this is pretty much a lifetime investment. She listened to what I wanted and I believe we achieved it. I'm OBSESSED with the tails of my brows now, even though it's only been a few hours since the treatment. It's divine, and I absolutely cannot wait for them to fully heal. Oh, and Noush is also super friendly and very sweet. Nothing was too difficult for her to make sure I was comfortable. I have had my brows tattooed at some of the more expensive salons previously, and have never been as happy with my brows as when Charlotte has done them. My natural brows are very uneven and one eye is slightly higher than the other so they are very difficult to make look balanced but Charlotte has given me a fantastic new shape which I love and the colour is perfect!!

After two weeks my eyebrows look good. But the service was less than professional, and I was surprised to find out that your first touch up (if needed) costs $150. After spending $700 on powder fill brows, I expected this to be included. I have other tattoos, and a touch up after the first few weeks is almost always included free of charge. Just a little disappointed overall after spending so much money.
