This company attend to conduct gutter repairs approved by a NRMA insurance. This company was provided a scope of work which was over $2500+ to do the said work (scope of work was very clear in what was required). Company used building straps, pot rivete into my roof and gutters to pull gutters up (Nothing close to what the scope of work said to do). Material probably used costed less then a few hundred dollars and if I had signed off on it, I would assume they would have collected the full amount being over 2.5k for a few hundred dollars work.
Because of this I now require a new roof replacement
