Not the first time I have experienced really rude customer service. First time I was told shoes would be ready in 2 weeks and when I went to collect them was arrogantly dismissed and told they weren't ready and wouldn't be for another 3 weeks. Today was told they're too busy and are away from tomorrow for 6 weeks - great business model. Some people should not go into retail!

Horrible workmanship and fawlty towers level of poor customer service.
I got some leather sole shoes re-soled and new rubber heel top attached. Repairs took 3 days longer than quoted with no notification of delays. Also came back with Topy heel top instead of RM Williams ones quoted, very rough finish to the repairs.
Both heels started 'squeaking' after they came back from shop. A few weeks after repairs the heel started to come away from both shoes.
I took them back in to query the owners and he was immediately dismissive after I had barely said "i got these fixed a few weeks ago". Waving his

I recently came into get my dogs collars a tag. I was greeted with a smiling face and exceptional service. My dog tags were exactly what I thought, and what 'Lizzy' and 'Esky' would love. Pick up time was perfect and exactly what they said it would be. Would defiantly recommend to anyone that needs there shoes, tags, trophies or anything done. Will defiantly be coming back. 🐶👍🏼

I went into the store today for the third time since dropping two pairs of boots off for re-sole and re-heel as they were not ready on previous occasions. One pair was terribly glued with large air pocket and cracking between the layers of the sole! (I wish I could upload a picture because it was terrible craftsmanship!) I asked if it could be reglued and the woman was very rude and unhelpful stating that there was nothing wrong with the sole. She walked away from the counter and attempted to ignore my Mother and I which I thought was bizarre and childish. I commented that this kind of behaviour

Once again such wonderful workmanship with our awards. The woman couldn't have been more helpful. But as husband and wife team couldn't devote 100% of her time towards me. But once she had served customers very helpful. Oh always a big smile ....thankyou our printed awards the cheepest for top quality...... No spelling mistakes either. Very busy shop with trophies and they do repairs as well, along with key cutting. Will be using excel trophies as we have always used them.

Thanks Excel Trophies Subiaco you have again done a fantastic repair job on another pair of my shoes. My OLD, reliable, comfy boots that were re-soled gave me another winters wear and this stitching repair on my fav dress shoes saves me money and time (no need for shopping for new ones and having the painful stage of wearing your new shoes in)
I have never had an issue with my shoes not being ready for the pickup day and time given.
