All our wefts are hand made by me in our salon. Our Russian Hair is genuine 100%. When I talk about handmade wefts custom it means they are designed to be a compatible match with your hair density, how wide you need them to be, filling the areas of hair you need, volumising, and add natural looking length.

Had my hair cut and styled by Corran and I absolutely love it (maybe my best haircut ever!). I came in with a few ideas of what I wanted done and she gave amazing advice of what would suit my type of hair. She talked me through everything she was doing so I knew what the end look would be like and gave me lots of styling tips. Had a great chat through the process and have come out with an amazing hairstyle! Cannot recommend her more highly!

Edit: had my haircut with another hairdresser and this was my cut I was left with, fixed it myself today and the back is tidy. My hair is wavy so I gave it a couple of weeks to sit better with no luck. When I was questioning the staff washing my hair to make sure all products used on me are vegan and cruelty-free the girl assured me that it was all organic and "free of toxins" which is not the same.

I dont like leaving bad reviews normally, but I have to be honest, my experience here was not a good one. i have never had a hair cut like it!
I had to go to another hairdresser to have it put right. I also had colour done which seemed to be fine.
My cut and colour came to £170 a very expensive mistake going here.

I didn't like the haircut, but I guess price was fair for the time the lady spent with my hair, she tried to make an effort. They charge £15 for long hair, but they don't tell you about this until they're already working on you hair. They also charge £4 to for the masks, hand sanitizer and stuff for their staff but never tell you about it unless you ask after seeing your ticket. Not sure they have proper chairs, I had to stand up for my haircut for a while. I sent them a message to ask about these things, they were slow and very blunt with their replay. This place is just alright but not great

The staff and salon is nice, loved the way Carolyn cut my hair.
Only downside: spent the last year or so growing my hair and my fringe out - said I wanted a trim, not too much off / keep the length. My hair is so short now with a much shorter fringe - didn't even want a fringe put back in and I'm kind of gutted honestly.

I rarely go to the hairdressers from bad past experiences, but having been to Westend hair for the first time this weekend I will definitely be back. My stylist was KT who was so lovely and really took her time making sure my hair was perfect. The whole staff in general were very friendly and attentive.

I think I would trust Carolyn with my life nevermind my hair! She's been cutting and colouring my hair for just over a year now and it's been the best experience I've had. I let Carolyn do what she wants - she's considerate, inventive, talks through ideas with you, will discuss what make ups you use when considering your colours (very helpful and important!) and cuts your hair in a way that compliments the natural movements of your hair. It's always a joy to visit and it's always wonderful to be around someone creative who is passionate about what they do.
