At Keturah LIFE | Skin, Body & Hair, each treatment room has been customised for your ultimate comfort. We ask all our guests to please advise your therapist if ANYTHING is not to your comfort (lighting, temperature, sound volume, massage pressure and treatment expectation). Please arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late your appointment duration will be reduced to accommodate our next guest. Underwear must be worn for all treatments. For some treatments we will provide disposable underwear. We at all times respect your privacy.
Book as early as you can to secure your preferred day and time of an appointment. Saturdays are rather busy and booked a few weeks in advance to avoid disappointment so book early. Carine Glades: At Carine Glades Shopping Centre, you can find FREE parking. We are located in the Commercial Centre, next to Spraggon George Realty and face across the carpark to Amcal Chemist.

My wife and I had the "couple's de-stress and 1hr massage". It was overall a very wonderful experience with a friendly greeting at the reception from professional and very friendly staff.
The treatment itself were great and I would like to mention our two therapist Samira and Valentina who made us feel very relaxed. They knew how much pressure to apply before the muscles tensed up and were very consistent from start to finish.
It's a bit more expensive but if you want to treat yourself, this place would be my first recommendation.

Inexperienced therapist at Nedlands
When I notice he was about to start to file my toe nails before trimming them I asked him to trim first as I like it short, but he refused by saying that my toe nails were already short (I hadn't nails trimmed for more than a month). After spending more than 1 hour filing them they were still long and I asked him to lend me his scissor as I would trim them my self then, so it was when he decided to trim. He didn't work on the cuticles and dead skin around the nails (see attached pictures). He didn't apply a layer base coat. He used

On previously having good experience with Keturah High gate, went for a spay tan to Nedland's (the only Keturah which offers spay tanning), and it a was very disappointing experience. The communication over the phone was poor and the booking was made wrong. The tan came out patchy with streaks which I immediately washed after I arrived home. Overall it wasn't a welcoming and friendly place.

I have been to Keturah in Nedlands a few times and have always enjoyed the experience. However my last visit was spoilt by a half hearted attempt at a manicure. I was fitted in for a manicure at short notice which was great but I feel like I was short changed. The therapist was very inexperienced. She kept hitting my other fingers with the file, did not do any work on the skin around the nails and didn't know how to do a French polish. I suspect that she wasn't trained in manicures and I felt that it was all about a money grab. I won't go back there as their attitude seems to be rip the customer

5 stars for service during treatment. My therapist Amanda was so thoughtful and kind, she remembered a question I had asked a week ago and had an answer. She had put thought into how I could get the best results from the treatment based on what I wanted and put effort and care into every moment, I felt so spoilt and looked after. Loved it and would highly recommend her. Amazing thank you!!
