Over charged for the room. When I went to query I was told "our prices change three times a day on an algorithm depending on occupancy" we stayed four night and was apparently charged different rates each night one of which being more than 175 dollars. For a mouldy shower curtain, broken tiles, cobwebs, cruddy carpet, rubbish from previous guests, a shower that lasts 5 minutes for for family of four for 175 bucks... un real. For a "river view room" absolute joke. A four star hotel in Melbourne is cheaper. would not recommend

Rooms are way over priced at just under $200/night for an old outdated space, bathroom is very 70's dark brown and grotty in appearance with a wall mirror you have to lean sideways to use. Hot water ran out in less than 5mins so only 1 of us got a barely warmish shower ending in cold water and charming cheap crusty shower curtain with an old shower head that sprayed water all over the place and bed was visibly indented from overuse, 'river view' was actually two thirds of caravan park roof tops and road. We were given a 10% booking discount so expectations were still moderately high at $175. No
