Services
From configuring your new ADSL modem, to setting up a business, we can supply and configure your network. Need your network and PC's monitored 247? We offer a full range of managed services, we can see issues before they happen and fix them before they become an issue for you. Everyone needs a backup, from a simple USB backup device to managed cloud backups, contact us to work out the best solution for you.
Are you having trouble getting your computer to start? Does it regularly suffer from crashes or the "Blue Screen of Death"? Perhaps you can make a cup of tea (and drink it too) in the time it takes your PC to start. Computers that run slowly are frustrating to use and difficult to be productive with; instead, you can spend all your time fighting to make it do what you want!
Computers enable us to accomplish many things in the realms of both business and pleasure, but they don't stay on the cutting edge forever. An old PC can slow down, start to run out of hard drive space, and even run up against issues where users don't have enough memory (RAM) to run the programs they want.
Our PCs hold an incredible amount of data - from our favourite programs to our Internet bookmarks, personal documents, and family photos. When you buy a new computer, dealing with the blank slate it represents can be overwhelming. Moving all that data and reinstalling all your preferred software can take a lot of time and effort.
For every PC user, accessing the Internet is an essential part of the machine's function. In the highly interconnected digital world we live in, the Internet helps us do business, connect with others, and stay entertained. However, as we all know, it can also be a place full of hidden dangers. Staying safe on the Internet requires good security and robust protective solutions.

Just received sensational service from Graham. He was able to help me with a monitor problem I've had for weeks, and he did it in just a few minutes, but asking the right questions over the phone. Highly recommended.

Awesome service - my computer had died. Graham called me back within 15 minutes - tried a quick fix over the phone, and when that did not work, he had someone here within 90 minutes. A new power supply and I was good to go - thank you. Best service anywhere - highly recommend

Graham Watt has been our "go to" IT specialist for the past 6 years. I suppose it's possible that there's an IT problem out there that Graham can't solve, but we're yet to see it! In short, he's a magician that makes IT problems disappear.
Always professional and a pleasure to work with, he will give you the peace of mind to do what you do, knowing full well that your IT is taken care of.
