I was referred to Geoff at TRS by my chiropractor to get the best advice and prices on good walking shoes to support and improve my gait and posture. Man oh man THANK YOU, above and beyond anything I have ever experienced for knowledge and good advice. Geoff and his assistant gave me phenomenal service. Tried on one pair, observed my walk, 2nd pair better, 3rd pair perfect. Each time, observing my gait helped them refine which way to go with shoe choice. I bought some Asics Fuji Trabuco's online from TRS - and, having bought 4 pairs of Asics in the past 6 months, I knew my size. Except, when they arrived, they were an *extremely* tight fitting shoe. As my feet swell on the longer runs, there's no way they wouldn't cause some pain, so I emailed to ask for an upsize replacement. Geoff sorted me out in no time - I received my new pair *less than 24hrs after mailing the ones I had back* and in ample time for my hike that weekend - where they did the job perfectly. Extremely disappointing experience. The younger male shop assistant was extremely rude and condescending from the moment he opened his mouth. You can not 'bully' customers into buying a product that they do not feel is right for them. Sales aside, you do not treat other people with such disrespect and arrogance.
