I thoroughly recommend this team. In the first instance, I was selling an investment property. I had no idea how to navigate all the amendments that the buyers were asking for in the contract. Mijung was wonderful and patiently talked me through it. I then needed to transfer ownership of my former home to my ex, which was done without issue. I have been so delighted by their service that I have asked them to handle the purchase of my new home. They have been so kind and helpful with their time. Mijung was fantastic from start to finish when I purchased my property through KT Legal. As my cooling off period was rather short, she was very proactive to review and make required adjustments before I could sign and secure my property.
