I would like to publicly thank Alistair, Will and Ben from Smooth Water Plumbing for their help today. Not only were they able to replace my toilet very quickly (after I smashed it accidentally) the job was done very well, and they were absolutely lovely to deal with (they didn't even make me feel embarrassed about my faux pas). Definitely in my speed dial list for all my plumbing needs.

Update:
I've used Alistair's services at least 6 times since my original post, including a recent renewal of all of my non-pressure pipework (huge job). He has always done a great job and been upfront and honest in every respect. I cannot recommend more highly.
Original Post in 2017:
Alistair visited my residence to water jet and CCTV my sewer line which had root ingress causing blockage. He was very proficient with the use of the water jetter and was even able to extract some broken tile which had somehow made its way in the line.
I found him to be very personable and you can tell he values

I rang Alastair at 3pm today because I had no hot water, and he had the cause of the problem diagnosed with parts ordered by 4pm, telling me he would be at my place by 6 or 7 (because he was busy). He arrived at 6.10, had the job done by 6.30 and I had hot water by 7.45. All at a fare price.
It’s hard to find a good tradesperson you can rely on however I will definitely be keeping his number.

Simply the best plumbers!! I contacted Alastair quite late last Friday night after reading positive Google reviews as our gas line was suddenly damaged and needed complete replacement throughout the house leaving us without gas or hot water. Not only was he happy to come straight over, he didn't hesitate to jump under the house, diagnose the issues and give us an idea of the best way forward. He then left and provided a quote less than an hour later as well as an indication of when he could complete the job. Alastair and his team conducted the repairs quickly, professionally and with a great deal
