We recently had Brock from Holloway Air visit our property to service our ducted heating, evaporative cooling and hot water service. He was exceptionally professional and friendly in all aspects of the work, answered all our questions and just walked us through the process. Fantastic service. After our ducted AC stopped working they came out that afternoon and fixed it in no time. They also organised a service on the unit at a later date. Brock was very friendly and professional in his job. I I would not hesitate to use Holloway Air again.

The whole team at Holloway were a pleasure to deal with, from the first call to the finished job. Everyone was friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional. I just needed my reverse cycle air con serviced, so a small job but they treated me like I was an important, big value customer and fitted me in quickly. The service tech guy was right ON TIME!!, polite, friendly and very well presented. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and got the job done quickly. And he managed to refrain from rolling his eyes and delivering a lecture when I confessed that not only had I never cleaned the filters
