I recently used Property Wizards for my first home purchase and I couldn’t recommend PW enough!
From the beginning the process was very professional and hands on. I went in to the first meeting not really knowing what I wanted to achieve and left with a full lay-out property plan and confidence in the process.
PW made me feel that they cared about finding me the right property, they were there for every home open and always able to chat after hours as it was the only time I was able to be contacted.
My settlement process wasn’t the smoothest due to dramas on the sellers side but I didn’t

We highly recommend Property Wizards to source a high quality investment property in Perth area. They are very patient and thorough in every aspect of finding the right property for the right price. Being from Melbourne we had no clue as to the best area and best investment property. Property Wizards take the guess work out of it. They really do earn their money.
