Shoddy lounges at expensive prices. Unscrupulous owners..
$1K lounge fell apart after six months. 4 repairs later and Think Lounges now wants nothing to do with me seeing as the warranty period is over!!
I am now in constant back pain from sitting on their “lounge” and will be pursuing legal action. (Think Lawsuits)

We ordered a Wembley 3.5 seater with chaise. It looked good but the seats were very soft and uncomfortable and caused me backpain. I contacted Think Lounges and was told there was no firmer seat option. They were not willing to help us achieve a satisfactory outcome and told me to find a local upholsterer to get firmer seat cushions. We found a local supplier of foam inserts who, for $400, made us replacements in an afternoon. Their report on the foam used by Think Lounges is that it is very low quality.
