I used to be employed as a beauty therapist at this shop. The owner used to say rude, sexist comments toward his staff. We were expected to rush treatments and not use too much product (even wax sticks) There were microphones all through the shop. There was always pressure to upsell pricey products to even the smallest of treatments. At the end of my employment, was accused of 'stealing' by the owner and he got the police involved. All footage (that he also has set up IN THE CLINIC) and through the shop showed proof that I never stole a single cent. My colleagues with me also spoke on my behalf

We arrived admittedly without an appointment and we asked if they had time do an eyebrow and lip wax they said they did but we had to wait-No issue there... My technician was an Indian woman who said You came in late... We want to go home too you know.... she barley spoke to me the whole time and made it known she didn’t want to do the job....If it was too late to fit us in we would have gone elsewhere. We will now!!!

A very sad excuse for a beauty salon. Owner is a big lebanese male who prefers to sit there in the front reception and intimidate women that come into his salon rather than have clients feel comfortable in asking for a treatment or advice. He has microphones under his reception desk to record staff conversations and cameras to watch their every move as he is paranoid for some reason and goes through staff more than his underwear. Wife and therapist Carol was usually lovely but over time my friends and I have realised what this salon really is and that is disgusting in every aspect possible.
